Canonical correlations, factor analysis and discriminant analysis were applied to observartions of ultrashort period cepheids; stars in the photometric system of the Geneva Observatory; pulsars; and globular clusters. The homogeneity of atmospheric pulsations related to the common birth or to the longer lived quasi homogeneous evolution of the Cepheids was analyzed. The capability of a photometric system to separate stellar groups, to reveal their discriminating physical characteristics and to optimize the combination of correlated colors in the groups was determined. The characteristics of pulsars in an empirical diagram of astrophysical objects, their differentiating physical parameters, and the anisotropy in their galactic distribution were ascertained. The physical characteristics of stellar clusters, the galactic gradients of their observed parameters, and the distribution of galactic clusters were obtained.
