The authors review five models of analysis of pulse arrival time of millisecond pulsars, and the application of millisecond pulsars as a highly-stationary time and frequency standard as well as their application to the determination of the origin of radio reference systems and the errors of position of the solar barycentric system. Finally, all of the hitherto discovered millisecond pulsars are listed.
