The modeling of low altitude balloons capable of flying in the planetary boundary layer for several days, carrying scientific instruments to measure significant thermodynamics, is considered. The behavior of pressurized balloons of different shapes, in dynamic waves and atmospheric turbulence, was modeled, taking account of convective and radiative thermal effects. The validity of these simulations was tested in experimental data of the Autan 84 and Pyrex 90 campaigns.
