With the X-ray detectors on the Astronomical Netherlands Satellite (ANS) the Cygnus Loop has been observed in a sequence of nearly 200 pointings. A preliminary brightness map in the energy band 0.16-0.284 keV is presented. Provisional data of photon energy fluxes and electron temperatures are given for the bright regions in the north and northeast filaments and for the central region.
