Adding the angular velocity of sidereal solar rotation and the apparent rotational effect of the earth's revolution vectorially, a new synodic solar rotation vector has been obtained. The sidereal and synodic solar rotation axes (and equators) are separated. Using the known parameters of the earth's orbital motion, the synodic rotation angular velocity and the inclination of the synodic equation, the corresponding sidereal rotation parameters have been calculated omega1 = 2.915 x 10 to the -6th rad/sec and i1 = 6.76 degrees. Various linear rotational velocities at the solar globe are briefly described.
