We report here on the search for TeV gamma-ray bursts in the data of two years (1988-1990) from the Crab pulsar obtained with the modified atmospheric Cerenkov array at Pachmarhi, India. Five independent telescopes were used to track the pulsar. A five-minute burst from the Crab pulsar has been found with a greater than 6 sigma signal at the radio main-pulse position on January 2, 1989. All the telescopes show the presence of the signal. The overall probability of it being due to chance is calculated as 9 x 10 exp -4. A similar burst had been seen by us in 1985. During part of the burst, there was activity at the interpulse region also. There is indication of more activity from the pulsar on the same night.
