Scientific paper

Charge states of low-energy cosmic rays in the Skylab experiment are analyzed along with the characteristics of solar wind streams with regard to cosmic ray intensity and geomagnetic field variations. Equatorial electrojet effects on geomagnetic pulsations are investigated. Quasi-periodic auroral pulsations from atmospheric waves are considered and ionospheric amplitude and phase scintillations at multiple frequencies are outlined.
