New results of data reduction of the Relict-1 space experiment investigating the anisotropy of the cosmic microwave background at 37 GHz are presented. For the inflation spectrum of primordial perturbations, estimates in the range of 6 x 10 exp -6 to 3.3 x 10 exp -5 Delta-T2/T are obtained for the relative magnitude of the quadrupole component. A radio-emission anomaly was detected with a 99-percent confidence coefficient in a region with an area of about 1 sterad.
