A disagreement is recorded with one of the principal conclusions in a recent paper on interstellar turbulence due to Sridhar and Goldreich Differing conclusions reached previously concerning the development of spectral anisotropy through resonant modal transfer in MHD turbulence with a mean magnetic field are reaffirmed and elaborated upon (Shebalin, Matthaeus, and Montgomery).
