The origin of the angular momentum of objects, resulting from gravitational collapse, is discussed. It is shown that origin of the spins of the bodies comprised of baryon matter can be explained by the tidal forces acting from the neighbors during gravitational collapse. We discuss also the problem of origin of an angular momentum of a black hole. The masses of black holes in the center of galaxies must have the lower limit M > 106M&sun; if they originate from the accretion of baryon matter on them. We suggest to estimate the angular momentum of massive black holes by measuring the radii of jets near their bases on the accretion disks around the black holes.
