New measurements have been made of the angular diameter of the scattering disks of eight pulsars; these results are compared with published measurements of temporal broadening. Four of the objects exhibit moderate scattering. Within the framework of a model that consists of a thin screen superposed on a uniform medium, a comparison of angular and temporal broadening suggests that the localized component's strength is three times greater than that of the uniform medium. Scattering from the Cran and Vela SNRs is also noted to be 38 times greater than that due to the uniform medium.
