Recently we proposed a possible resolution of the Brookhaven and Washington Eotvos experiments. This resolution involved the use of our two-component (graviphoton-graviscalar) model of new gravitational forces to model the large-scale diabase sill at the palisades site. In this analysis we used the ranges of our parameters d and δ which were allowed by an earlier analysis. This comment is in response to a comment regarding possible correlation constraints on the allowed values of d and δ. (AIP)
