Surface parameters are important for applications such as hydrological processes forecasting, agricultural activities planning and climatic models validation. Polarimetric SAR data analysis is a promising approach for estimating quantitatively surface parameters over extended areas. For that purpose, fully polarimetric inversion algorithms are under development. The aim of the poster is to briefly present a direct fully polarimetric model, the recent Facet Bragg Model (F- Bragg) [1], to compare two methods to obtain the solution and to discuss their inversion abilities.
