The proposed analytical estimation procedure is based on the methods of
Porfir'ev and Smirnov (1968) and Bychkov and Boginskii (1972). It is
shown that the main contribution to the prediction error according to
the radius vector as well as along the orbit is from variations of
atmospheric density.
