This report describes a recently completed IBM 7094 computer program for the analytical development of the planetary disturbing function. The authors are concerned here with implementing the construction of a powerful computational tool that has various applications in celestial mechanics. Special Reports 129 and 140 give the background and the mathematics of the program. Some new equations have been added, with a small change in notation.
