The set of analytic formulae for Coulomb (or hydrogenic) dipole bound-bound oscillator strengths and bound-free Gaunt factors has been extended to include all partial wave electric dipole transitions for specified initial levels (n, l up to n = 5) and arbitrary final levels permitted by the electric dipole selection rule. Formulae for total line strengths summed over partial waves are also given for initial levels up to n = 7.
