The observed data taken with the Type-II photoelectric astrolabe of
Yunnan Observatory are analyzed. The results are: mean single star error
of + or - 0.162 arcsecs, external accuracy of time observation of + or -
0.0049 s, that of latitude observation of + or - 0.058 arcsecs.
