An estimation technique and an application of the Square Root Information Filter are discussed. The estimation algorithms for a complex set of parameters which are implemented in the VLBI data processing software "SteelBreeze" have been described. The results of stochastic estimation of the clock offset and the wet zenith delay for one of the stations are presented as an illustration of the algorithms.
