We present the results of modeling the velocity components along the line of sight towards SgrB2(M) for different isotopologues of the molecules CO and CH+. The velocity components are a good tracer for the composition of the spiral arms of the Milky Way. The models were fit, with the programs myXCLASS and MAGIX, to the data of the interferometer Plateau de Bure and SMA, and the HEXOS KP data taken with the HIFI instrument aboard the Herschel Space Observatory. From the column densities of the isotopes one can determine the abundance ratios of the isotopologues as a function of velocity.
