Power spectra for the variations in the rotational velocity of the earth
have been prepared from revised USSR Standard Time data for 1956-1974.
Periodic terms with periods of 11, 6.9, 3.7, 2.9, 2.0, 1.00, and 0.50
years are identified, and their amplitude and phase are computed.
