The equality of BPL signal at the receiving point is analyzed based on the output data from the serial port of Cs Sync 1000 receiver system. Similarly, the delay fluctuation for BPL transmitting system can be found by comparing the GRI pulse with the 1 PPS of master clock for CSAO. The result shows that the BPL transmitter system has good stability in short and medium terms. New control method and equipments are necessary in order to improve the stability of the emitting time.
