Allowance for noncircular gas motion in the analysis of the M 81 velocity field made it possible to identify the radial motion of the gas toward the center and the spiral field of the peculiar velocities. The latter can be described by a logarithmic spiral with a pitch angle of 8.2 + or - 1 deg. The parameters of the spiral density wave were determined under the assumption that the spiral field of the peculiar velocities is wavelike in nature.
