More than 7000 spectrograms of nadir UV-radiation measurements at a wavelength of 0.28-0.34 micron from the Meteor satellite during 1985-1987 over different regions are systematized according to sets of wavelength values and solar zenith angles. It is found from 1500 spectrograms that the maximum brightness exceeds the minimum value by a factor of 6.5, and that the most frequently recorded brightness is 2.5 times higher than the minimum one. The brightness is calculated according to the atmospheric radiation in the 0-74 km height region at a wavelength of 0.34 micron for a specific ozone absorption model.
