Experimental data are presented on the saturated fluctuations of the intensity of radio waves propagating in circumsolar plasma. The data have been obtained by radio probing at 32 and 5 cm from the Venera 15 and 16 probes. The duration and magnitude of intensity spikes and the distribution function of saturated fluctuations are determined, as are the time spectra and autocorrelation functions of the fluctuations. The dimensions of the solar wind inhomogeneities producing fluctuations in the saturation mode are estimated.
