Preliminary analysis of physical characteristics of known cataclysmic variables with sdO-subdwarfs is made. This analysis has shown that parameters of the primary and secondary components are poorly known and they deviate from the prediction of the stellar evolution theory. The determined effective temperature of O-subdwarf exceeds by 1.4 times the value obtained from ultraviolet spectrum analysis. Physical state of the secondary components of young precataclysmic variables do not correspond to the evolution theory of main sequences stars. These objects have considerable excess of radii and effective temperatures corresponding to a luminosity excess of 1.3 to 60 times as compared to main sequence stars.
