We study the compatibility of inflationary and thermal constraints in a class of inflationary models based on no-scale supergravity and find a wide region in the space of parameters on which the Kaaumlhler potential depends. The mechanism of the inflationary phase transition is studied for a typical value of the parameters. There is a temperature-dependent barrier between the local (inflationary) and global (zero cosmological constant) minima. The transition will proceed via a thermal fluctuation at a temperature higher than the Hawking temperature. However, the flatness of the potential allows an inflation larger than 103 e-folds.
