There are three limb events are selected from the data of Nobeyama Radio Heliograph. The microwave source is evidently composed of a loop-top and two foot-points. The brightness temperature at 17 GHz and 34 GHz the polarization at 17 GHz and the spectral index calculated from 17 GHz and 34 GHz are compared in different sub-sources together with YOHKOH/SXT or SOHO/EIT image as well as the magnetogram of SOHO/MDI. The polarization sense is same in both of the loop-top and foot-points. The spectral index at the loop-top is harder than that at the foot-points. The time evolution of hard-soft-hard is found in these events. The time profile of the loop-top is impulsive and similar to that of the foot-points in one event. But in another event the brightness temperature of the loop top increases continuously after the impulsive phase. All of these properties are discussed and compared with the non-thermal and thermal gyro-synchrotron model.
