New parameters of the massive close binary system UU CAS for new photometric data are obtained: mu1 = mu2 = 1, T1 = 26,000 K , T2 = 21,000 K, and i = 69 deg. The mass ratio of the components is not determined from light curve analysis. Modern methods of synthesizing the theoretical light curves of close binary systems are used.
