The rate of variation of the longitude of the ascending node and the argument of perihelion determined with observation data (O) is compared with the calculated data (C), with all known disturbance factors taken into account. Systematic errors (O-C), which can be caused by the existence of an unknown massive body near the southern pole of the ecliptic, according to Radzievskii's (1972, 1987) hypothesis, are found.
