We present results of the analysis of a galaxy redshift catalog made at the 6-m telescope by Karachentsev & Kopylov. The catalog covers a long narrow strip on the sky (10 arcmin by 63^deg^) and lists 283 galaxies up to limiting blue magnitude m_B_ = 17.6. The strip goes through the core of Coma cluster and this is called the 'Coma strip' catalog. The catalog is almost two times deeper than the CfA redshift survey and Creates the possibility of studying the galaxy distribution on scales of 100-250 Mpc. Due to the small number of galaxies in the catalog, we were able to estimate only very general and stable parameters of the distribution. Amplitude φ* of the luminosity function appears almost constant when the depth of a subsample of the catalog was changed from 150 h^-1^ Mpc to 250 h^-1^ Mpc with mean value φ* = (0.024 +/- 0.004) h^3^ Mpc^-3^. Internal 8 per cent rms fluctuations in φ* correspond to the Poisson noise. The correlation length also shows no trend with depth of the subsample and is (5.5-6.5) h^-1^ Mpc. The correlation function is slightly negative ( ~ - 0.1) on scales of 50-80 h^-1^ Mpc, mainly because of a large void at a distance of 150-200 h^-1^ Mpc. We found no indication of a fractal structure of galaxy distribution on scales of 100-250 h^-1^ Mpc. We take the Hubble constant H = 100 h km s^-1^ Mpc^-1^.
