It is shown that the turbulent velocity and the sizes of turbulent
eddies in the Procyon atmosphere are 1.5-2.5 times larger than in the
solar atmosphere. A comparative analysis of the variation of these
parameters with height revealed substantial differences between
convection processes on the sun and Procyon.
