The method of spectral analysis, statistical tests and the appropriate model experiments used to study circumzenithal measurements at the Pecný Geodetic Observatory in Ondřejov, are described. Homogenized measured deviations of UT1-UTC and of φ from the BIH data, as well as variations in the astronomical longitude and latitude of the station were investigated.
