The British X-ray satellite Ariel V has provided data on deep space, leading to the production of the 2A Catalog, the first of a two part map of the X-ray sky. Attention is given to two extragalactic source groups, galactic clusters and Type I Seyferts. Also discussed are binary star systems and QSOs. Ariel V observations are compared to those obtained from Uhuru, as well as to those expected from HEAO-B.
