We have detected dispersed radio pulsations positionally coincident with a magnetar candidate. If they arise from the magnetar, this would be only the second such instance. On the other hand, maybe the candidate is not a magnetar - but the unusual radio pulsations are certainly real. We therefore wish to get to the bottom of this potentially very exciting discovery. The immediate need is to characterize the behavior of the radio emission, and over a period of approximately one year attempt to obtain a timing position to compare to the precisely-known position of the X-ray source.
