A search has been conducted for 2.6-mm (C-12)(0-16) emission from globular clusters with suspected dark clouds and from globular clusters which are X-ray sources. No lines are observed, but the sensitivity of the search is insufficient to rule out the possibility that the apparent dark clouds are real features with characteristics similar to galactic-plane dust clouds.
