New ephemerides are given for 57 RR Lyrae variables in the field RR I (MFW 361A) of the Lick Survey. Photoelectric (B,V) observations of 29 of these stars show that the systematic errors in the photographic magnitudes are ⪉0.1 mag over the range 15 < mpg < 17 which includes 74% of the variables of type ab in the field. A zero-point correction of +0.05 mag to the E(B-V) contours of Burstein and Heiles is derived from p.e. observations of the variables. The random observational errors of the new photographic magnitudes (±0.06 mag at mpg = 16) are about one-half the size of those in the original survey. Of the 42 type ab variables in this sample, 7 definitely and 5 probably have more scatter in their light curves than can be accounted for by observational error. This frequency is comparable with the known rate of occurrence of the Blazhko effect in these objects.
