(NHSC) and the ESA Herschel Science Centre (HSC) support for the astronomical community will be given. It is especially important that US-based researchers understand the significant resource available to them in the NHSC. Resources NHSC has put into place for the US community will be detailed. How and when to utilize the NHSC and the HSC will also be described. Upcoming opportunities for Herschel proposals, as well as direct support for the community via observation planning and data processing workshops will be presented.
