Scientific paper

We present results of a study of high dispersion, high resolution, high
S/N ratio spectra around Hα of six binaries, η And, 3 Cam,
4UMi, ν2Sgr, τ Sgr, HR7333, obtained with the 1-m
telescope of Yunnan Observatory plus CCD. Chromospheric activity of
varying degrees are observed in 3 Cam, 4UMi and HR 7333..
