The observation system of cosmic radio noise absorption in the ionosphere by Riometers using corner reflector antennas is described. Two sets of the corner reflector antenna for the observing frequencies of 30 and 60MHz were installed. One antenna set is directed towards the Pole star and the other in parallel to the Earth's magnetic field. An example of preliminary observation results is presented.
