We have recently completed an IRAC and MIPS survey of one of the nearest star-forming clusters to the Sun, cloud 3 in Lupus (1 Myr, 140-200 pc). Using these photometric measurements, we have identified the stellar and substellar members of the cluster that harbor circumstellar disks. We now propose to perform an IRS spectroscopic survey of these disks to study the structure and composition of circumstellar disks across a wide range of masses (2 to 0.02 M_sun) and to search for evidence of ongoing planet formation via the detection of inner disk holes.
