Spectral investigations of RR Lyrae were carried out with the 6-m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory to study magnetic-field intensity and polarity variations. The mean value and polarity of the magnetic field change with the 41-day (Blazhko effect) period. The long-period variations of the magnetic field with the Blazhko effect can be explained by stellar rotation with the same period. This is confirmed by estimates of rotational velocity values from Mg II 4481 A and Fe I 4476 A lines.
