To verify the compatibility of results obtained from an analysis of the G8-K4 giants' atmospheres carried out in the Crimea and Kiev, independent investigations of the Alpha Ari atmosphere are performed. An effective temperature of 4850 K and a log value of 2.6 are obtained. The atmosphere's microturbulent velocity is 2.5 km/s. The abundances of 26 elements in the star's atmosphere are determined on the basis of equivalent line widths using high-dispersion spectrograms.
