A first integral has been obtained in the circular restricted problem of
the translatory-rotational motion of three rigid bodies. It is supposed
that the passive body has arbitrary form and structure and the main
bodies permit circular motion of the mass centers under definite
orientation of the bodies in a rotating system of coordinates.
