An image of the J=6-5 line of the 13-carbon isotopomer of CO for the region toward and around the Orion KL region and the Orion-S region, about 90” to the south are presented. The measurements are made with the Heinrich-Hertz-Telescope on Mt. Graham, AZ in reasonably good weather. The line frequency is 661 GHz. At this frequency the FWHP beam size is 13”. The velocity result was about 0.5 km s-1. Pointing and focusing measurements were made on planets prior to and during the mapping. The resulting image is fairly similar to that obtained in the J=7-6 line of CO (Wilson, T.L. et al. 2001 ApJ 557, 240-9). Based on a comparison of CO lines, conclusions about the clumping of the molecular gas and the state of this gas are made
