We present results from an extended survey of diffuse O VI emission in the Galactic interstellar medium obtained with the Far Ultraviolet Spectroscopic Explorer (FUSE). Spanning 5.5 years of FUSE observations, from launch through 2004, our data set consists of 403 observations along 184 sight lines, including all of those with previously-published O VI detections. The data were processed using an implementation of CalFUSE v3.1, the lastest version of the FUSE data-reduction pipeline, modified to optimize the signal-to-noise ratio and velocity scale of spectra from an aperture-filling source. Of our 184 sight lines, 31 show O VI emission at high significance, and 46 show O VI emission at lower significance. The high-significance sight lines show a trend of decreasing intensity with increasing galactic latitude, suggesting differences in the physical conditions of the O VI-emitting regions in the disk and halo.
