Consideration is given to the 1977 UB asteroid, observed to be a minor planet circulating between Saturn and Uranus orbits. The following characteristics are noted: eccentricity 0.379, semi-major axis 13.699 UA, inclination 6.923 degrees, ascending node longitude 208.716 degrees, pericenter 339.005 degrees, perihelion 8.513 UA, and aphelion 18.886 UA. The diameter of 1977 UB varies between 150 and 600 km, and it is felt that it represents a C-type carbon asteroid with an albedo of 0.02-0.06.
