We present the 1.0 - 7.6 GHz global and detailed (fine structure) radio spectra observed in the NOAA 9077 active region for the solar flare at 10:10 - 11:00 UT on July 14, 2000. Besides broadband radio bursts, high-resolution dynamic spectra reveal type IV burst and various fine structures such as type III bursts, type U bursts, reverse-slope (RS)-drifting burst, fibre bursts, patch and drifting pulsation structures (DPS). We describe some observational characteristics of those radio bursts including duration, frequency bandwidth, drift rate and polarization. It should be paid attention to why so many structure features of radio bursts occurred nearly in the same time. We suggest that it may be due to the presence of strong and complex magnetic field, and the explosive process of magnetic reconnection.
