The paper reports on the spectrophotometric observations of a selection
of 275 planetary nebulae lying in the galactic bulge. Line intensities
are given, and plasma parameters are deduced from analysis of forbidden
line ratios. For about 50 objects, spectrophotometric data are given for
the first time.
