A new model for the accumulative formation of planetary systems is considered in which the close encounter of two planetesimals ends with their agglomeration. The model assumes that the bodies which accumulate are not solids but more or less rarefied gas-dust masses formed during the gravitational dispersion of the original gas-dust protoplanetary disk. An equation describing the accumulation process is derived.
