The physical parameters of the active nuclei of 55 Seyfert-1 galaxies, 24 Seyfert-2 galaxies, and 22 quasars (with redshifts 0.7 or less) are determined from published observational data and compiled in a catalog as a first step in the construction of an empirical model explaining their characteristics. Parameters listed include redshifts, H-beta and forbidden O III luminosities, effective gas velocities, logarithmic characteristic radii, central-body masses, IR/optical and X-ray luminosities, and the ratios of the critical Eddington luminosity to the combined IR/optical/X-ray luminosity. The assumptions and methods used in calculating the results are explained.
